I am not a satisfied customer with Hyundai, but I am an extremely satisfied customer with the service I received from Mark Priest, Acquisition Manager I am not a satisfied customer with Hyundai, but I am an extremely satisfied customer with the service I received from Mark Priest, Acquisition Manager of Johnson Hyundai of Cary. The dealership I had originally purchased the vehicle from in Sarasota Florida was dreadful, I had truly hoped that when it came time to turn the vehicle in, (it was a lease), that I could find a Hyundai Dealership here in NC that would be more accommodating to work with. That was not the case! I had first reached out to Southern States Hyundai of Raleigh. When I first called and inquired on the return process, I was quickly hurried to come into the dealership and would be taken care of. I didn’t ask for this I asked for the questions I had just asked the salesman to be answered. After a few minutes of being on hold he came back and said that all my questions would be answered upon my arrival and I had to come in between the hours of 9:00am and Noon. I was to receive a text message following my call, but this never happened. I called again the following week and left a message. When my call was returned by someone else, I was assured that if I came into the dealership, I would be taken care of. I made an appointment for that Friday and said that I would call and confirm this appointment earlier in the day Friday. When I called to confirm I didn’t reach the salesman and never received a call back. Needless to say, I did not go to the appointment and contacted another dealership. This brought me to Johnson Hyundai of Cary and to Mark Priest. Mark actually did take the time to answer my questions over the phone. No pressure to hurry and come into the dealership, he just listened to my questions and concerns and guided me the best way he could. Mark put me in contact with the outside company that inspects the vehicle prior to turning it in so you are aware of what, if any additional expenses you may be faced with. Nothing about this process was mentioned to me from Southern States Hyundai. Mark helped me in researching the company that I had the additional wear and tear coverage with, nothing was provided to me from Sarasota. Mark went above and beyond to help me! Once I had gotten the inspection completed, I contacted Mark and made an appointment to bring the vehicle in. Upon my arrival to the Dealership, I was greeted by a very friendly receptionist and shortly after Mark came and got me. He walked me through everything that I was to expect from this point forward, he made me feel comfortable and I knew he was genuinely here to help me. Mark even helped in providing transportation to get me back home. I can’t speak highly enough about Mark and all that he did for me, I am forever grateful. Unfortunately, because of the experience I had with previous Hyundai dealerships I chose not to lease another Hyundai. Should I ever decide to go back to Hyundai, I sure hope that Mark is still around to once again provide me with such wonderful service and attention. Thanks for everything Mark! More

If I do end up getting a Hyundai I'll likely get it from Johnson Hyundai of Cary. More

Great service, no pressure! I came in for service on my 2014 3-row Santa Fe and came out with a brand new 2019 2-row Santa Fe! Chelsea suggested looking into their xChange progr I came in for service on my 2014 3-row Santa Fe and came out with a brand new 2019 2-row Santa Fe! Chelsea suggested looking into their xChange program and I decided to test drive the new Santa Fe 2.0 Turbo Ultimate trim and I fell in love al over again. I was greeted by Ryan Lambert on the sales floor. He was easy to talk to, had a no pressure sales approach and was knowledgeable and accommodating to my car needs. The car buying process is a process in itself with more regulations each time, but the Johnson Hyundai team made it as seamless as possible. Overall, it was a great experience and my family was very happy with the outcome! Thank you Ryan for taking good care of us! More

Gustavo graciously stepped in to help me and made the whole deal an easy and smooth process. He was very upfront and honest and super friendly! We also worked w/ Mike in finance and he stayed to help us even though he was already supposed to have been gone for the day. They were both very knowledgeable and friendly and I would definitely recommend anyone purchasing a car to buy from them! More
