He answered all my questions and didn’t treat me like a child (which I’ve felt some male sales people do when working with women). He worked around my schedule and heard me out when it came to my financing desires. K.C. in finance did the whole added warranty/extras spiel that dealerships do, but he was not pushy and listened to what I had in mind. Overall I enjoyed working with the staff here. Everyone was very responsive, friendly, and professional. More
They broke our car while evaluating it for trade!! These people broke one of the headrests on our car while our trade was being evaluated. We ended up not being able to do a deal and we’re fine with that. We got in our car to leave and the headrest was broken. Completely broken, no movement non functioning. It was not broken when we got out of our car when we arrived at the dealership. Two members of their staff were in our car while it was there, one moved it to a different location (Sales Rep Ryan Lambert) another appraised it (Sales Manager Johnny Barbaro). We brought it to their attention and they looked at us as though we were crazy. They kept saying no one even sat in that seat. You wouldn’t have to have been sitting in the seat to mess it up. Anyone with a Traverse can probably surmise how this happened. Someone went to place there hand on the back of the passenger seat to back up the car, the headrest slid forward. They didn’t know about the button on the right side of the headrest so they tried to force it back into place and broke it. I think the Sales Manager knew the Sales Rep had broken the headrest but of course they stuck together. When I asked who I was supposed to talk to since they weren’t interested in doing the right thing, I asked if that was Mr. Johnson, the Sales Manager with an attitude replies” Well, we’re a corporation so you can talk to whoever you want to”. We did that. We were able to leave a message with Mr Johnson’s assistant and we will be contacting the Johnson’s corporate office in Duluth Ga on Monday as well. Maybe even reach out to Channel 9 troubleshooter Diane Wilson? We’re not done with this issue yet. Side note: This is the second time we have worked with this dealership, the first time, even though they pissed us off, we still ended up buying a car from them. We probably would have bought from them again this November-December when the demand for the car we want isn’t as high and on preorder status. Not snowball’s chance in xxxx now. My New Car!! I was so glad that I was assigned Michael as my salesperson when we arrived at the dealership. He was so knowledgeable about all the differences between the Tuscan and the Santa Fe. He was patient as I asked a lot of questions and came to the conclusion that the Santa Fe 2.0t was the car for me. He also helped explained my financing options and worked with me to find a payment that I was comfortable with. KC was great too as he reviewed all my paperwork and warranty options. Personable and knowleable. The employees here are kind and make buying a car an enjoyable experience. Thank you all - I love my new car!! More

I came in to test drive and learn more about the 2019 Sonata Limited 2.0T, expecting to buy it several months down the road. I told them what my financial ideas were regarding the car, and they made it happen. I bought the car two days later, rather than two months later, for what I had budgeted for. Gustavo is the man!!!! I will seek him out the next time I buy a car. He did a terrific job of explaining all of the features to me, showing me stuff during the test drive (he had someone go fetch that specific model from their remote lot so I could test the model I actually wanted), and we had some hilarious conversations along the way. I only dealt with Johnny a bit, but he is a swell guy. He helped make me an offer I couldn't refuse. I could tell that he not only wanted to make a sale, but wanted to make a sale that I was comfortable with. Not pushy at all! Mike helped me understand the protection programs for my new car. He would have gone over leasing/financing, but I financed through a third party. Really nice guy. He took the time to explain each individual protection option, priced them out individually and in package format for me, and ultimately helped me pick the best protection for my budget. I can't recommend these guys enough, especially Gustavo. Not only is the physical dealership awesome, but the buying process was very quick (in and out in an hour). No hassle, no pressure, and I'll definitely be coming back. More
