Worst customer service I took my Hyundai Sonata for software upgrade and had worst customer service experience. Advisor talked in a very rude manner and when I asked about c I took my Hyundai Sonata for software upgrade and had worst customer service experience. Advisor talked in a very rude manner and when I asked about changed that were made in current software update he didn't even answer properly and started talking rudely. I got my car inspected too and he presented me with falsified information - saying that if I don't it fixed with them (to pass the test), I would have to pay them twice and he changed his words after service and fix was done. He had a car in a remote lot brought in because it had everything we wanted. Price negotiation was going well until his Sales Manager Johnny Barbaro got involved and decided to see how dumb I was. Although his internet quote had not included an "extra coating" they put on every car at a price of $599 and it wasn't in any of the paperwork we had seen, he thought we should pay it. I don't know if this is a scam or a spray can of something a detailer would charge $25 for, but you can't push that rubbish on last-year's model that's still in your inventory in March. I did not come to this dealership with the intention of buying, but Mike's helpfulness had me ready to sign. I was ready to leave when the manager finally gave me the price I wanted. I would recommend this dealership with the caveat that you should be ready to walk out as there are many dealers in the area. More
