Avoid! I went to purchase a new vehicle. I was pressured into buying at a time that was inconvenient for me because of quotas, pay, etc that employees had to I went to purchase a new vehicle. I was pressured into buying at a time that was inconvenient for me because of quotas, pay, etc that employees had to meet. The paperwork was incorrect including vin numbers, down payment amount, and even the agreed upon price of the car. I was almost forced into completing another credit application and told they could not take my pre-approval letter. They were able to take the letter but I had to inform them that they could in fact process it. My new car was delivered to me with crumbs inside and adhesive on the outside despite requesting that it be detailed again before delivery. Apparently the detail process is a drive through car wash. I was provided with information regarding a follow-up survey and encouraged to give an outstanding review because "This is my report card, and determines my pay." I find it completely unacceptable to put the burden of your income on the customer. I will not be purchasing another vehicle from this dealership. More
