Purchased new 2019 Hyundai Tommy, Johnny, and Phil were all great people to work with. It started out as a bad experience when my 2013 Sonata was taken in for a recall, and long Tommy, Johnny, and Phil were all great people to work with. It started out as a bad experience when my 2013 Sonata was taken in for a recall, and long story short Hyundai decided to replace my engine. After engine was replaced it was still not right as the engine light was still on, and the Dealership was waiting on Hyundai as to how to proceed. 7 weeks and waiting. Nothing against this Dealership as they were a pleasure to work with, but Hyundai has yet to respond to my claim. My family has been a long time loyal customer to the Hyundai Brand, so I will continue to buy Hyundai’s as long as I can deal with folks friendly and professional as Tommy, Johnny, and Phil. I can’t remember the finance gentleman by name, but he was very pleasant and informative to work with as well. All in all a very professional and friendly staff, and it was an overall pleasant experience purchasing my new vehicle. More

An Absolutely Painless Car Buying Experience I did extensive research into my next car, and had pretty much narrowed down to Honda or Hyundai. After seeing my daughter have a great experience at I did extensive research into my next car, and had pretty much narrowed down to Honda or Hyundai. After seeing my daughter have a great experience at this dealership earlier this year, I had high expectations. I worked with Jonathan from start to finish. He took the time to get to know me and understand what was important to me in my new car purchase - including remembering small details I had told him a week earlier. Since my research left me with a number of questions, he happily answered all my remaining questions, and didn't hesitate to look for answers he didn't have readily available. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble, including a second test drive on a route I had selected. Once we got down to numbers, he respected my concerns, and brought in Frank to make sure they could find a way to meet my target number. At no time did I feel like I was being pressured into settling for less than I wanted, and there definitely were no "let me check with my manager" games. It was an excellent buying experience all the way through. More
