My salesman Michael treated me like a person, and not a number. He took the time to understand my requirements, and explained all the differences between the many trims levels. While I "ultimately" ended up leasing their top of the line model, I was not pushed or pressured to buy this particular trim level. Overall, I was very pleased with the buying experience. Michael (and finance manager Chris (on loan from Lexus)) provided exceptional customer service to our family during a very stressful time of finding the right vehicle for her. My daughter said her car is "LIT"!!! More
