Joe let me sit at his desk and use his computer to access needed document replacements. This was after the test drive and after he showed me all the car’s features . He even synced my phone. Celia handled the internet portion and coordinated with Joe. She made a pleasant first impression and her follow through was excellent. When moving to North Carolina from New York, I was worried that I would get the same unfriendly and cold service I got when I leased my 2016 Hyundai E When moving to North Carolina from New York, I was worried that I would get the same unfriendly and cold service I got when I leased my 2016 Hyundai Elantra GT. Three years later and it was time to bring back my leased car and get a new vehicle. I did my research and found that one particular sales representative had historically amazing reviews. As soon my partner and I stepped into this Hyundai, we were greeted with smiles. I asked for this amazing sales rep and she was standing right by reception and welcomed us in. Elle Silva was so friendly, personable, and understanding of our situation of just recently moved with an old leased car. She gave us a tour of this beautiful Hyundai location, showed off the staff and cars available for us. We explained our life style (dog owners with a desire to travel a lot) and showed us the perfect vehicle. The 2019 Kona is the perfect car for us. Great on gas, storage in the rear for cargo or our dogs, and safety features we wished he had back in New York. She let us test drive around for a bit, showed off its features and explained to us the process of leasing this beautiful car. She didn't push us, rush us, or try to sell us something we didn't need. She was patient, funny, and kept in touch with us during the few days we went back home to think it over. In less than a week, we had a new car. She was with us from the moment we came into Hyundai, up until we drove out with our new car (even though we stayed past closing time, sorry about that!). She is someone we hope to run into next time we come in for servicing, and we hope to run into her again when its time to return our newly leased car. Thank you Elle for everything! More

We really loved our experience when we bought our 1st car and they didn’t dissappoint this time. We were fortunate to work with Ethan. He was so laid back, patient, and tolerated our many changes in what we were looking for. Working with Ethan was such a breadth of fresh air. After another 4+ hours to make a final decision we bought our new Hyundai Sonata. It’s awesome. Now I am working with Ethan to replace my 2015 Acura and I will be sending all my friends Ethan’s way. I had purchased a vehicle there back in 2015 and had a great experience so when I went back this time around I pleased that the customer service had gotten even better. Ethan handled all of my questions, was extremely patient with my mother and I as we wanted to see several vehicles and it took us 2 hours to get insurance. I would definitely recommend Johnson Hyundai to a friend or family, and make sure that they speak to Ethan as well. Love my new sonata! More

I couldn't think of a BETTER place to go besides Johnson Hyundai. They took great care of me then, and NOW! I'm so excited to be driving around in my new 2019 Santa Fe Ultimate! I can't THANK Mike Nguyen, Cecilia, Mario, Frankie, Kevin and the ENTIRE Johnson Hyundai family enough. Mike made the process extremely effortless and got my monthly payments down for ME. Still leery, our tentative hi illicited a genuine smile. OK, what's the catch? Turns out after pleasent conversation, fun test drives, serious and frank discussions about functionality and price there was no catch. Just a normal human being trying to make a living in a cesspool called the car market. Even after not making the sale the first day, our sales consultant, Gustavo maintained the easy going, upfront conversation that convinced us to purchase our vechile. Walking in to finalize the purchase, we had resigned ourselves to hours upon hours of waiting. Low and behold he was prepared with all the paperwork. The finicials worked out and they answered, in detail, every question we asked. And even ones we did not know we needed to. To top it off, when we went out to the car there was giant green ribbon on the car. Overall, the best car buying experience we've had. Ever More

He answered all of our question and had answers ready for us before we even asked the question. He was very straight forward . He didn’t push in that usual sales person way that is annoying ,which to me means a lot! He understood that we were car shopping to see what we liked and wasn’t overbearing at all. We returned a couple of days later ready to buy , we had texted him to let him know and he had all the papers ready , the car detailed and pulled upfront so we could look at it again. Instead of pressuring to get the sale done he encouraged us to look as much as wanted and stood by to answer any questions we might have. The actual buying process was 2h , which to me was amazing . Everything went smoothly and was explained in detail . I highly recommend gustavo and the dealership at the Cary auto mall on hwy 64 in apex ! Thank you for making this happen for me so pleasantly !
