Rather, the salesperson we dealt with, Mike, was friendly and knowledgeable and not fazed by our three kids. After we had test driven all of the different vehicles at different dealerships, we did all price negotiations over text/the phone, and again, we felt the least pressure from Johnson Hyundai. We feel we got a fair deal and when we came back to finalize, had a good experience with all of the staff at Johnson Hyundai. I would definitely recommend this dealership. More

Incredible Experience- I’m a Hyundai Convert! Although I came to Johnson skeptical to buy a Hyundai, I had an incredible experience from the moment I walked in the door and by the time I left with Although I came to Johnson skeptical to buy a Hyundai, I had an incredible experience from the moment I walked in the door and by the time I left with my new Santa Fe (which blew away the competition on features and price), my whole perspecive on Hyundai changed. My sales associate Gustavo was friendly and courteous but authentic, listened to what I wanted, and didn’t waste my time trying to upsell me or push me into other options. The best thing he did was let the redesigned Santa Fe speak for itself on the test drive, providing tips to help me find some of the newer safety and technology features. Like I said I was skeptical, but this wasn’t the Hyundai I test drove a few years ago. This Santa Fe had a lot of pick up (the turbo helps), handled more like a car than an SUV, and was very smooth on the road with practically no road noise. It was also very roomy in the second row and the cargo area. Even with the second row seats up, there is more than enough room to fit all our luggage for a family vacation. This car also had a whole suite of safety features and technology that made me feel like this SUV is futureproofed for at least a few years. Needless to say, I was sold on the Santa Fe and on Hyundai after driving this car. After landing on the Ultimate trim package, we sat down for the paperwork. Again, Gustavo was friendly and straightforward with pricing and didn’t play the games that are so typical of the financial conversation when buying a car. He and Johnny were able to present me with options that worked for my budget and the experience was painless. Even the conversation with the financial office that’s typically pushy feeling was the opposite at Johnson. Kris in financial didn’t waste time pushing me past what I wanted in terms of extra coverage and we were quickly able to tie up loose ends. I drove off the lot very happy with the quality and service I received and can’t thank Johnny, Gustavo, and Kris enough! I’m changed on Hyundai and will be recommending Johnson Hyundai to friends and family. More
