Joe is a very laid back, customer focused salesman that genuinely wants you to get what you need. He will absolutely advocate for you and guide you in your journey for your next car. He is the type of salesperson I would trust to guide someone to their next car, when they have no clue what they want or need. More importantly, I'd trust Joe to guide that person to the exact car they need, and not the car listed at the top of some "MUST SELL BY END OF QUARTER" list handed out in the staff meeting.
