They stayed late after close with us to finish the deal and were incredibly kind about it - even though it was clearly late. They even put a bow in the car and made sure we set up the bluetooth together, had a few extra accessories, had time to read the fine print on contracts, etc. More

She was very informative when we were on the test drive, and was easily able to answer any questions I had. Every time I come in for service, she makes a point to say hello and talk to me if she sees me, which my first sales rep never did. She made a great impression on me and I have mentioned her to others that were looking for new cars. If I ever decide to trade this car in, I'll make sure to see Elle again. More

She contacted our insurance to get the new car covered before we left the dealership, and helped us get an accessory. Kris Wilkins, the finance officer, also did an awesome job completing the paperwork, and arranged for the Simoniz protection coating the next day. Our experience was hassle free and smooth. More
