The first time several years ago there was a mix-up with some paperwork and their sales manager Johnny Barbaro was wonderful and resolved it for us quickly and easily. When we went in with a vehicle in mind this time, I was surprised to see him still there and helping us purchase a vehicle we really wanted. Joesph Lynch was our sales consultant and he was so helpful and patient through the process. He listened to what we wanted and was never pushy or difficult to communicate with. There was never a back and forth dreadful haggle session we all expect. He was fantastic and I absolutely recommend you ask for him on your next visit. He even helped resolve a concern we had with our other vehicle and having it seen with the service department. Johnny worked hard to make sure he made this purchase possible and explained in detail everything we needed to know about turning in our lease vs trading it in and how it impacts us. He never seemed rushed or bothered, but instead happy to assist us. we had to finish up some paperwork on our lunch break and Joseph not only made it in on his day off to help, but James, the finance director (that we’ve also worked with in the past) was also working quickly to assist us and helping us in every way he could. He’s also a pleasure to work with! They even had Mario (Mejia) on board to quickly finish the paperwork that needed to be done and yet still took the time to make sure we understood everything we needed to and have everything in place. This is an all star team who really made us feel like they care and you just won’t get that at every car dealership.
