Outstanding service from sales staff I was very surprised at the amount of detail and friendliness of Joseph. He went out of his way to help me with purchasing the car I wanted. He had to check with other dealers to find what I wanted. He kept me in the loop of the status of the transfer and when it would be available. He went way above and beyond what was expected of a salesman. He continues to contact me to make sure everything is ok and if I need anything. This is the most positive experience I have ever had. Because I am a female, other salesmen try to tell me what I want and need in a vehicle. I am 53 years old and know what I want and what works for me. I told Joe what I wanted and he did not try to chang my mind. Example. I travel to WV to see my grandchildren and need an AWD. He did not try to tell me that an AWD was not needed in Nc because a FWD was sufficient. When I buy my next car, I will definately go see Joe. More

James made sure that she got the payment that she desired, explained everything to her. Glad I purchased here! I had a great experience at this dealership. I stopped in to test drive one car, but decided on another a couple days later. I contacted the sales consultant (Joseph Lynch) that went on the test drive with us and he was able to make everything happen that same day (and after I got off work). Joseph was great to work with and he was easy to communicate with on (before, during, and after) the process. He was able to get the exact car I wanted without trying to sell me something else. I also worked with James Edmonson in financing. He was a pleasure to work with as well. He made the process so easy and comfortable. After I brought the car home, I noticed a couple spots on the back seat I didn't like. I contacted Joseph and he took care of planning the appointment to have it looked at and fixed. All I had to do was drop off my car, pick up a loaner, and he called me when it was finished. There was no inconvenience to me thanks to the excellent service from Joseph. He really took care of everything. When I picked up my car, the dealership didn't just fix the seat. They went beyond that and detailed my car so it was spotless when I got it back. I was really impressed with the service I received even AFTER I purchased a vehicle. That says a lot! More
