We were greeted by Skylar as soon as we walked up, and had a great experience from there! Skylar was extremely helpful and answered all of our questions. We appreciated the fact that she didn't try to steer us to a car that was different from the one we wanted to look at. We also appreciated that the incentives we read about online were offered at Johnson Hyundai of Cary. Skylar was friendly and professional, and is the main reason we left happy that same day with a new car! She took her time to make every step of the process understandable and easy. Shareef was helpful in working with us to lease the car we wanted. We had a trade-in and a budget we were wanting to stick to, and he made it possible to trade-in our old car for the car we really wanted. He was very easy to work with, and gave us our space to discuss our options, which we appreciated. Johnny made us feel special by making sure he stopped by to check in on us as we were considering our options. He made sure our experience was positive, even though it was a busy Saturday. James helped us to complete our paperwork at the end, and put our minds at ease over some fears that we had about leasing. He was great to work with, and made us feel special. This was our first time leasing a car, and we were dreading the whole process before starting. They weren’t pushy and were willing and able to listen to and answer any questions we had. Skylar was available to talk every day after we first looked at the car until the day we purchased the car, including her day off. We had some credit issues, but they, and James and Chris (finance director and representative, respectively) bent over backwards for over a week trying to sort everything out, which they did, and got us the best deal and rate possible.
