I contacted the sales consultant (Joseph Lynch) that went on the test drive with us and he was able to make everything happen that same day (and after I got off work). Joseph was great to work with and he was easy to communicate with on (before, during, and after) the process. He was able to get the exact car I wanted without trying to sell me something else. I also worked with James Edmonson in financing. He was a pleasure to work with as well. He made the process so easy and comfortable. After I brought the car home, I noticed a couple spots on the back seat I didn't like. I contacted Joseph and he took care of planning the appointment to have it looked at and fixed. All I had to do was drop off my car, pick up a loaner, and he called me when it was finished. There was no inconvenience to me thanks to the excellent service from Joseph. He really took care of everything. When I picked up my car, the dealership didn't just fix the seat. They went beyond that and detailed my car so it was spotless when I got it back. I was really impressed with the service I received even AFTER I purchased a vehicle. That says a lot! More
