I knew what I wanted when I got to the dealership, and after looking over everything the payments for the car were a bit steep for me. Instead of trying to show me another car, Skylar, Johnny, and James were able to work the payments within my price range, and I was given a great deal on my trade-in! I was also helped by Kris in the financing department, I purchased a certified preowned vehicle and he did a great job of explaining the benefits of the program, and other warranties. I would absolutely purchase from Johnson Hyundai in Cary again, and I would recommend to friends. More

At every stage of the process he was honest and accommodating, never pushed or attempted to talk us out of what we wanted, and he was a huge reason we came back to Johnson to explore our options after our first visit. Johnny and Kris were also extremely friendly and helpful in working out an attractive deal and financing we could work with. Together, the three of them worked with us to reach our desired price point and the car that we wanted. Having previously owned a Hyundai purchased in another state, I had been to Johnson for service appointments over the last few years but never considered the showroom until this summer. The entire experience exceeded our expectations and the low-stress process was certainly a pleasant surprise. We did make trips to a few other Hyundai dealerships in the area and while they were mostly solid, Johnson seemed interested in going the extra mile from the start. We appreciated the fact that she didn't try to steer us to a car that was different from the one we wanted to look at. Skylar was friendly and professional, and is the main reason we left happy that same day with a new car! She took her time to make every step of the process understandable and easy. Shareef was helpful in working with us to lease the car we wanted. We had a trade-in and a budget we were wanting to stick to, and he made it possible to trade-in our old car for the car we really wanted. He was very easy to work with, and gave us our space to discuss our options, which we appreciated. Johnny made us feel special by making sure he stopped by to check in on us as we were considering our options. He made sure our experience was positive, even though it was a busy Saturday. They weren’t pushy and were willing and able to listen to and answer any questions we had. Skylar was available to talk every day after we first looked at the car until the day we purchased the car, including her day off. We had some credit issues, but they, and James and Chris (finance director and representative, respectively) bent over backwards for over a week trying to sort everything out, which they did, and got us the best deal and rate possible.
