He didn't make me feel like it. He was quick to respond. He also made me feel like a friend. He talked to me as a person, not just someone trying to make a sale. That was huge for me! I'd reccomend Tommy to anyone looking for a Genesis or a Hyundai! If I could give him a 10, I would! More

He was also so knowledgeable and answered all my concerns and questions that I had plus addressed others in anticipation of them. James also completely understood my budget limits. He was so caring, kind and helped me obtain payments I could afford. It was delightful getting to know him as well. Johnny also took the time to come over and talk to me and made sure I was happy with everything. He also valued how I took care of my car that I was using to trade in. Dustin was our salesman and he was by far the nicest salesman I have dealt with, and has done everything he could to make us happy. Johnny was more than great with us and he worked out a very special deal with us. Today I went to get a second key for my car and they decided to fill my tank for free just because! Car buying made easy We had no idea when we visited Johnson Hyunda of Cary what we wanted, Once we met Dustin it did not take long to know. We decided that we wanted a Tuc We had no idea when we visited Johnson Hyunda of Cary what we wanted, Once we met Dustin it did not take long to know. We decided that we wanted a Tucson and he went over each model and what it had to offer. His car knowledge is vast. We got to sit in each one and he went over everything. Once we established what our needs were he suggested which he thought most met those needs and he was exactly correct. He has such a great big personality and combined with his knowledge of cars he could probably sell one to General Motors! Two other of my family own a Hyunda and bought them from Johnson Hyunda of Cary. I do not know who their salesman was but they have really good things to say about this dealership and are why we went there. If there was anything negative to say it would be that although the building is beautiful and clean the large windows with no coverings make it very unpleasant with the sun blaring right in your face, because the customer faces these large windows, if the salesman did he could never survive the summer heat. It is uncomfortable at best. Just get shades the the lower large panel of windows and the experience, between the beautifully clean building and the wonderful service, would be perfect. More
