Excellent Service with Here to Help Attitude I entered the dealership a bit frustrated and discouraged by my experience at Sport Durst Hyundai (SDH). SDH was not able to help with my negative equity situation with another Hyundai. However seemingly impossible, I still ventured over the Johnson Hyundai. As soon as I entered, Dustin greeted me with a smile. I explained my situation and without a single blink he said, " I am certain we can make it happen. I am a veteran here and don't think your situation is something we can't handle. Let's get you over to my desk." Within a short time, Dustin worked with Johnny to offer a deal that not only solved my negative equity problem, but also kept me at my desired price point with NO HAGGLING REQUIRED! Once we sealed the deal on paper, I worked with Kris to quickly work on financing. In under 3 hours, I was out the door with my 2018 Hyundai Elantra. Dustin, Johnny, and Kris provided a 1st Class Car Buying Experience. While I plan to drive my Elantra until the wheels fall off , when I am ready for my next car, I will be back to buy it from Johnson. They really made me feel like family. More

Respectful, Patient, Knowledgeable and Honest! I have been researching cars for months on end now and stopped by six dealerships in the Triangle, looking for the right car. On multiple occasions, I I have been researching cars for months on end now and stopped by six dealerships in the Triangle, looking for the right car. On multiple occasions, I was met with slightly disdainful salespeople who felt that selling a used car in my price range, wasn't worth their time because it means less time spent selling new cars. I was met with salespeople who thought they could take advantage of me because of my young age (22). I was met with salespeople who were dishonest about the cars they were selling, or were just downright deceitful. At Johnson Hyundai, I was greeted by a kind staff, treated to complimentary coffee and snacks, and Matt showed me the car I came to see and was respectful and knowledgeable. I haggled hard to bring the price down, and he haggled back... it was a tug-of-war just as negotiations should be, and there was nothing about it that left me feeling cheated. It felt fair, honest and reasonable. I ended up buying the car at a price that was ideal, and Matt spent over 4 hours the following day helping me through the paperwork. I can't recommend Matt or this dealership highly enough! More
