Respectful, Patient, Knowledgeable and Honest! I have been researching cars for months on end now and stopped by six dealerships in the Triangle, looking for the right car. On multiple occasions, I I have been researching cars for months on end now and stopped by six dealerships in the Triangle, looking for the right car. On multiple occasions, I was met with slightly disdainful salespeople who felt that selling a used car in my price range, wasn't worth their time because it means less time spent selling new cars. I was met with salespeople who thought they could take advantage of me because of my young age (22). I was met with salespeople who were dishonest about the cars they were selling, or were just downright deceitful. At Johnson Hyundai, I was greeted by a kind staff, treated to complimentary coffee and snacks, and Matt showed me the car I came to see and was respectful and knowledgeable. I haggled hard to bring the price down, and he haggled back... it was a tug-of-war just as negotiations should be, and there was nothing about it that left me feeling cheated. It felt fair, honest and reasonable. I ended up buying the car at a price that was ideal, and Matt spent over 4 hours the following day helping me through the paperwork. I can't recommend Matt or this dealership highly enough! More

Best Buying Experience Ever After a great deal of online research, I made my car choice before I ever walked into a dealership. I got financing through my bank and went to the cl After a great deal of online research, I made my car choice before I ever walked into a dealership. I got financing through my bank and went to the closest Hyundai dealership, check in hand. I knew how much I wanted to pay, what options, and what color I wanted, and they had exactly that car. After the test drive, during which the salesperson answered many different phone calls, we sat down to discuss the price. After several minutes of me explaining that I had a set budget and that I was going to stay within that budget, they suggested that I just apply for a larger auto loan through the dealership or settle for the base model because there was no wiggle room. The next day I got a call from Willie T. at Johnson Hyundai and told him about my experience at the other dealership. He had Matt B. call me back within minutes to let me know that, thanks to the manager, Johnny B, they could make the deal with a car that had everything I wanted in a different color for less than my max budget. On the way to the dealership the next day, I got a call from Matt B. letting me know that he had "kinda bad and great news," the car I was on the way to purchase was no longer available, but Mark P. had one in the the color I originally wanted on the way for me and it would be there in a few hours. When I arrived at the dealership we were greeted and shown around while Matt got all the paperwork together. Matt went out of his way to make everything really easy, and to explain in detail all the paperwork. I came back later in the day to find the car detailed and ready to go. Mark P. walked me through every button and setting to make sure that I got the most out of every feature and even helped my wife and I connect our phones. Overall, this was the best car buying experience I have ever had and one of the best overall buying experiences period. I highly recommend that anyone looking for a new car of any kind start with Johnson Hyundai of Cary. More
