She approached me with such ease that I wasn't even sure she was a sales person. I didn't get that sometimes aggressive, sales-y vibe from her, so I was glad she said hello. She walked me to her desk, we chatted about what I was looking for and she took us on a test drive. My 5 year old son was with us and she was kind of open with him, which endeared her to me even more. After deciding I was in love with the Santa Fe, we talked numbers. It was the most low pressure, easy going conversation ever and I didn't feel like I was being sold to at all; I felt like I was being consulted with. That was the key difference in Elle's approach. I would HIGHLY recomend Elle (and have) to anyone looking to purchase or lease a car. She was a sheer delight, kind, generous, open and warm and again, if you're someone who is turned off by the sales spiel, she is your gal.
