Not only was he very knowledgeable about the cars (we went to another dealership who had next to nothing to say about the features of the car we were looking at), super nice, never felt pressured. We worked with Frank the sales manager who was so friendly and talked to us about his 5 kids, and just really made me feel like I was doing business with friends. We had an overall great experience! I can honestly say, I can't wait for my first oil change so I can check in with these guys and see how they're all doing! Highly recommend Johnson Hyundai! More

Great experience! I have to admit I am not a big fan of car dealerships or the car buying process in general. Negoting a fair price on a new vehicle can be an unpleasan I have to admit I am not a big fan of car dealerships or the car buying process in general. Negoting a fair price on a new vehicle can be an unpleasant process if you feel like the sales people are trying to take advantage of you. Fortunately my fears were unfounded this time as Dustin, Johnny, Kyser & Chris were all excellent and very professional. We got a great deal on our vehicle and had a great experience along the way. Easy Transition I had an apportionment with Elle for an end of lease trade. Met with her the first time and got a better idea of my options as this was my ending lea I had an apportionment with Elle for an end of lease trade. I informed her that I was going to need some time to think about everything and I would be back. She accepted that and did not pressure me to make any decisions right way. We were very fortunate to have as our lead sales person Michael Nguyen. Michael made us feel very welcomed, and comfortable. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and not pushy. He took the time to give me all of my options and was never pushy. Michael went above and beyond to make sure I purchased the car I was most comfortable with. He gave me suggestions and his advice, but was in no way pushy whatsoever. After I decided on a car the process was absolutely painless. Very easy, and laid back but still professional.
