She approached me with such ease that I wasn't even sure she was a sales person. I didn't get that sometimes aggressive, sales-y vibe from her, so I was glad she said hello. She walked me to her desk, we chatted about what I was looking for and she took us on a test drive. My 5 year old son was with us and she was kind of open with him, which endeared her to me even more. After deciding I was in love with the Santa Fe, we talked numbers. It was the most low pressure, easy going conversation ever and I didn't feel like I was being sold to at all; I felt like I was being consulted with. That was the key difference in Elle's approach. I would HIGHLY recomend Elle (and have) to anyone looking to purchase or lease a car. She was a sheer delight, kind, generous, open and warm and again, if you're someone who is turned off by the sales spiel, she is your gal. She is incredibly knowledgeable about the cars and it shows in her enthusiasm and insight about each one. She's amazing. You'll love her. More

Quick and Painless for 1st time buyer! We (my Fiance and I) were in the market to replace her Honda CR-V. She travels a lot so we decided to downgrade to a sedan to save on gas money. This was her first time buying a car so she was extremely nervous to begin with. And it didn't help that we searched different dealerships and spent several hours on the road trying to find the right deal. With "buyer fatigue" already weighing us down, we were certain we would have to call it quits and continue our search another day; but thought, we'd check Johnson Hyundai as our last stop. And we were definitely glad we did! When we arrived, Matt greeted us with a smile and a handshake. Right off the bat, he seemed friendly and laid back. Not pushy like most of the previous salesman we had already dealt with. We told him what we wanted and what were looking to stay in (budget wise) and he showed us our best options. He didn't waste our time trying to up sale us on vehicles/features we didn't need; instead he showed us the results of what we asked for, and even helped narrow down our choices to make it easier for us. At the end of the day, he was able to talk with his supervisor (who is also a great guy by-the-way!) and get us an amazing deal on a Hyundai Elantra! We walked out of the dealership feeling both confidence and relief that we found what we were looking for. And my Fiance got to drive away happy with the car she wanted, color and all!
