Salesperson Dustin was great and transparent There’s a saying, people buy from people. They don’t buy from companies. The experience one has can be made better or worse by the person representin There’s a saying, people buy from people. They don’t buy from companies. The experience one has can be made better or worse by the person representing the dealership and in my case Dustin was excellent. He was very knowledgeable about the car and others in its class. He also smoothed out my disapppntment in the fact the adelvertised selling price of the car was $2,000 less than the out the door price initially presented after all taxes/fees. There was about $1500 added fees on top of the taxes/registration which in mind is excessive. We did settle less than that but I can say my experience would have been much better if the out the door price was in the $600 range more than advertised price. That is more a dealer practice though and something the salesperson doesn’t have control of but hopefully the dealership will make some policy modifications so their advertised prices are more in align to the out the door price of the vehicle and consumers are not hit with unexpected charges / fees when they go to sign paperwork. In the end though Dustin worked with us to make the transaction go through so we appreciate his efforts. More
