Can't beat the service I received here; everyone I spoke with was very professional, courteous and went the extra mile. These associates walked me through the car buying process and made buying a car an enjoyable experience. No BS with these guys. Honest and upfront. They truly care about giving their customers the best service and deals they can. I would have had to wait two weeks to get splash guards installed, but they scheduled me in for the very next day. Customer Service at its Best Bought a used 2016 Hyundai Sonata at a Used Car Lot. Couldn’t get car registered on MyHyundai.com so I could download and install software update for Bought a used 2016 Hyundai Sonata at a Used Car Lot. Couldn’t get car registered on MyHyundai.com so I could download and install software update for Apple CarPlay. Hyundai Home Office referred me to a dealership. Worked with Service Advisor to get registered. But still couldn’t register VIN. Salesperson Joseph Germany got me taken care of. I knew I was good when I left the dealership. Couple of hours later, I downloaded the update and the car is good to go. Highly recommend the dealership. Didn’t buy a car from Joseph Germany. But he took care of me nonetheless. More

I explained to him what options I was looking and what ones I could live without. He showed me a exactly what I was looking for. Also at this time there were certain incentives from the manufacturer. We discussed a few other warranty additions. Matt was not high pressure (which is wonderful!) After these discussions and extra incentives I made a deal which got me a new vehicle (love it).
