The coverage we bought, we would like to remove and be credited on our finance account. We would like to have our first 2 free oil changes be done in Concord, NC since this is where we live. We would still like to receive the $40 Amazon gift card for test driving the car that we ended up buying. Overall good experience and we would recommend friends and family to buy from Johnson Hyundai of Cary. More
Great job! My wife and I bought a our first Hyundai from Johnson Hyundai, I was completely underwhelmed by our sales person Elle. She delivered the wrong car to My wife and I bought a our first Hyundai from Johnson Hyundai, I was completely underwhelmed by our sales person Elle. She delivered the wrong car to us and found out about it a couple weeks later, needless to say she is not our favorite person. We were having a problem trying to refresh our XM radio and we went back to the dealership. Since this was not really a service issue I went to the sales staff with the problem. Micheal Kelly stepped up and volunteered to help. He spent an hour with us trying to get the radio to refresh and called XM for us and found out that the radio that we had paid to refresh was in the previous car, the one Elle had delivered to us. Elle is the gift that keeps on giving. Micheal had them switch the payment over to the right car, and the XM was working fine for the ride home. I can't say enough about the outstanding job of customer service Micheal did for us. I can now say that I would highly recommend Johnson Hyundai to everyone who would ask, and specifically send them to Michael Kelly to sell them the car. More
