Mark also exceeded my expectations in customer service with immediate communication and responses, explaining the car and all the new features, getting my license tags transferred (no trip to DMV); and introducing me to service folks, etc. Mark (not me) found the tiniest nick on the car by front light and Mark had it repainted in body shop to make sure it was delivered perfect.
