Great Experience With Purchasing New Car The whole experience was excellent. The process was quick and they were able to complete everything that same day, even though we came in later in the The whole experience was excellent. Both Dustin Nguyen and James Edmonson were professional but at the same time made us immediately feel comfortable and that we belonged to at Johnson. It was a real, genuine experience and did not feel like we were pressured at any time to make a decision. I can honestly say that I enjoyed the experience. A few weeks earlier, I also purchased a used car from another dealership. My experience was much different and not satisfactory. Johnson was exactly the opposite and was beyond satisfactory to the level of excellent. More

Skeptical of Sales Manager Tactics to Close Deal Be watchful of the sales and use tax that is calculated into the lease contract to confirm it matches the county and ZIP you are registering the vehic Be watchful of the sales and use tax that is calculated into the lease contract to confirm it matches the county and ZIP you are registering the vehicle in. This can be manipulated by the Sales Manager at deal close to show a final amount on the contract that appears to agree with the negotiated price but come to find out, it can be "miscalculated" and you end up getting invoiced by the finance company for more $$$. Let's see if Johnson Hyundai will do the right thing and fix this discrepancy? More

Buyer Beware Be very careful when you are buying a used vehicle from this dealership. The staff seemed very nice but we were deceived. The sales associate was qu Be very careful when you are buying a used vehicle from this dealership. The staff seemed very nice but we were deceived. The sales associate was quick to tell us the vehicle had no damage and had a Carfax report which indicated no accident. Even made us sign the Carfax report but then didn't give us a copy. The staff didn't disclosed that the vehicle was damaged but instead tried to hide the damage. The dealer tag was placed over the dent on the bumper and it was getting dark when we looked at the vehicle so we didn't see the slight wave on the back panel. Within days of buying the vehicle, we realized there was damaged to the fender and driver side back panel. The back panel was covered up with a poor paint job where the bumper was hit and pushed into the underside of the back panel. Shame on us for being so trusting! Won't recommend this dealership to anyone we know and have been telling others of our experience. More
