Thank you for your review, Tony. We thoroughly check every vehicle we sell for major mechanical and safety concerns but do not claim to fix minor cosmetic issues for vehicles sold "as-is." While your sales associate was correct in saying that the CARFAX shows an accident-free vehicle, the previous owner may have repaired minor damage without an insurance claim or police report, which would not appear on a CARFAX report. Further, it is unlikely that your sales associate had knew this specific car well enough to purposefully cover a small dent in the bumper with the dealer tag as we have over 300 vehicles in stock. That said, we take claims of deceit very seriously and have forwarded your message to our senior management to investigate.
