Amazing in-depth tour of the new Subaru Ascent I am currently in the market for a larger sized vehicle to supplement my current vehicles. I currently own a Subaru and after 4 years and 80k miles, I am currently in the market for a larger sized vehicle to supplement my current vehicles. I currently own a Subaru and after 4 years and 80k miles, have not regretted my purchase. This is what led me here to Johnson Subaru to look for a new vehicle. I did not have an appointment scheduled but I stopped by the front desk and spoke with Adam Dombrowski, who was more than happy to bring me up to where they had the vehicles parked and show me the Subaru Ascent. I was clear that while I'm looking and comparing vehicles currently, I'm still about 1-2 years out from actually purchasing. This did not deter Adam in spending as much time as necessary to ensure that I was able to view and learn about the car. Unlike my experience with most car salesmen in the past, NOT at Johnson Subaru, but elsewhere (Any Dealership in North Raleigh), Adam listened to any questions that I had and offered very detailed and informed responses. Owning a Subaru, I'm familiar with some of the features and functions and could tell that Adam legitimately knew the information he was sharing, and was not just spreading misinformation. There was also no pressure or any attempts to close a sale which is honestly the best part of my experience with Adam. If, and most likely when, I do choose to purchase another Subaru, I know exactly who I'll be working with on the sale. More

On our first visit we wanted to see if the Outback and Bobby Clamage made purchasing our Subaru Outback an effortless decision from beginning to end! On our first visit we wanted to see if the Outback and Forester had the creature comforts we desired as we do a lot of long trips. Bobby was a wealth of knowledge taking his time to show us all the amenities as well as the amazing safety features and sent us home with a full color brochure as we were leaning more towards the Outback. On our second visit to test drive, Bobby continued to educate us about Subaru and would give us tips to allow us to experience the features firsthand. We did extensive research and test drove several small SUVs and Subaru was hands down the pick of the crop! Our last visit was to purchase our 2019 Outback Limited. Brett, our finance manager, was exceptional. He got us a great deal and explained all the optional coverage in detail. He handled the paperwork expeditiously and answered all our questions thoroughly. Before leaving Bobby reviewed the various features again to make sure we fully understood the car before driving home and said he's available for any future questions that may arise.
