Gear shift replacement We have bought multiple cars from Johnson Suburu. The shift lever would not go into park. Problem is poor manufacturing on a 2017 Outback. Outstanding Service I didn’t plan to buy a Subaru. In fact I pulled into the parking lot by accident, but before I could get back in the car, Bobby said hello and asked I didn’t plan to buy a Subaru. He gave me directions to the right parking lot, but also asked what it was I was looking for in a vehicle. His honesty and openness, as willingness to make sure I was getting what I needed, not what he needed to sell, made me like him instantly. He showed us the Crosstrek and engaged both my son, who the car is for, and I in conversation. He knew everything there was to know. His knowledge was incredible. By the time we were done with our test drive I knew I’d be buying this car. I just needed the price to be right. Bobby helped with that too. I love this new car.
