After we had signed for the vehicle it was late in the evening but Bobby made sure we knew about the vehicle from bumper to bumper before having us drive off the lot. He also encouraged us to call or return with any questions or concerns. We never felt pressured to buy/lease but we are so happy we did! He was very good with our seven-year old son. We decided to purchase a Subaru Ascent a week or so later, and arranged to make an appointment. After picking the vehicle we wanted out of inventory, I was pleasantly surprised that the initial offer from Subaru for a sale price and trade in value were very close to the targets I had set after researching Edmunds, Kelly Blue Book, etc. More

It really was a breath of fresh air after what we had been dealing with at other dealerships. Bobby was not pushy at all which was great.
