Dylan was in the lot when we arrived and took care of us throughout the buying experience. We then worked with Brian on the financials, and he was very professional and forthright. 2019 Subaru Forester Robert was an amazing salesman! He never badgered us at all and was extremely knowledgeable about all of Subaru's makes and models. My wife and I work so were weren't always available to get there early (before 5) and Robert was willing to accommodate by staying late to show us several vehicles. We can't say enough how much we appreciated that. When cargo space was a concern for our pup he even let us bring Cali (our dog) to the dealership and inside the new car to put our minds at ease. Johnson Subaru of Cary had a great welcome orientation to the vehicle as well. Cassandra was really great and very patient with me as I learned all of the new gadgets. I'm very happy with the service I received from the whole team at Johnson Subaru and will definitely be recommending them in the future! More
