I had my time wasted at another dealership the day before I went to Johnson Subaru. Patrick didn't give me the run-around. I was driving the car I purchased within about 5 minutes of arriving at the dealership. 5 stars to Patrick. The financing, on the other hand, was annoying, pushy, passive-aggressive, and painfully slow. Too bad I couldn't have had Patrick handle that part as well. More

Great Experience from a Dealershio for the most part Bobby was excellent at explaining the features and throughout the whole process. Regarding the financing, I could have done with less pushiness from Brian and his superior. I get that they receive commission based on how many extra packages I buy, but when I said no the second time and kept encountering resistance it was uncomfortable. Appropriately explain the options and then respect the customer’s autonomy next time, rather than perpetuate the stereotype of “pushy salesman.” That being said Brian was generally friendly, along with the rest of the staff. Overall a good experience. More

He made the process easy; he’s knowledgeable, straight-forward and friendly. Neither my husband nor I felt any pressure at any point of the process - and believe me when I say, we took our time coming to a decision! Through it all, Patrick remained a pleasure to work with. We enjoyed working with him so much that when a neighbor was looking to buy a Subaru, we referred her and she, too, had a great experience with Patrick. So! When, five months after buying our Legacy, my husband was hit and the car was totaled, of course we went back to Johnson Subaru and Patrick. And once again, we had an excellent experience.
