Chris Williams was very knowledgeable about the car and spent quite awhile with me explaining every bell and whistle thoroughly. He even offered to be available for questions when we get home. There was no pressure to purchase or uncomfortable back and forth negotiations with the price and I feel like we got a very fair deal. I would definitely purchase from Johnson Subaru again. More

I had a great experience from the very beginning. Everyone was nice, patient, straightforward, and honest. Being a first time car leaser/buyer, and in a situation where I clearly needed to make a purchase - I was initially worried I may be taken advantage of due to my inexperience. However, I never once felt that way at Johnson Subaru. Chris was extremely helpful, informative, and accommodating with my busy schedule. He was always happy to answer questions, and I never felt that he was pushing me to make a decision quickly. I am very happy with my experience and new car. More

Totally changed my mind about Subarus We came to Johnson Subaru after seeing and hearing about the new Subaru Ascent. I previously had a 2006 Subaru Forester XT and felt that it was out o We came to Johnson Subaru after seeing and hearing about the new Subaru Ascent. I previously had a 2006 Subaru Forester XT and felt that it was out of date with technology and features, so my next car was a 2012 Toyota Prius C. As my Toyota no longer met our family's current needs, we began our car search for an SUV that was safe, and as I put it, "Casey Proof" since I am spacey and clumsy. We were looking for a car that had new technology and safety features, and found that other brands (GMC, Buick, Chevy, etc.) only offered the features in the top trim and were out of our price range. We honestly came to the dealership thinking we would just do a quick test drive and cross Subaru off of our list, but surprisingly it turned out to be exactly the opposite. Bobby was super friendly and we let him know that we wouldn't be purchasing today, and didn't want to waste his time. He didn't seem to mind and said that he was excited to show me what the new Ascent is all about. We drove up to their huge lot and drove by all of their inventory. During the test drive, Bobby told us about the dealership, what they are known for, and never pressured us to purchase anything. Bobby was very knowledgeable and answered the 200 questions I had haha. We were pleasantly surprised to find out that all new 2019 Subaru vehicles have the standard safety and technology features that we were looking for. Subaru has come a long way since I last knew about them. We stopped our car search and knew that we wanted to purchase a Subaru from Bobby due to his exceptional customer service. We went back and forth with the Ascent and Forester, and ultimately ended up purchasing a Forester. We are so happy with the our new SUV. It is a very smooth drive, we feel safe, and we like all of the features with our phone apps, Apple Car Play, etc. We were also happy that the Johnson Subaru dealership is part of the Costco Auto program. It helped make negotiating easier, and we felt that we got a good deal. We feel that Bobby is very approachable and easy to ask questions to. I sometimes asked the same questions multiple times because I forgot the answer and he didn't make me feel silly. I left the dealership with all of my questions answered. I feel EDUCATED about the vehicle that I purchased, and I think that that is the most important thing!! :) I highly recommend working with Bobby for his honesty, knowledge, and personality. More

The finance process is lengthy as always, that’s the only downside to buying a car. Not sure if it’s subaru or just the car buying process in general. Joe and Bobby were both awesome to work with and the finance person we worked with was very kind and patient. It’s just the process that’s lengthy. More
Great service I was thinking it was time to upgrade from my Kia Soul and heard good things about the Subaru Crosstrek. I stopped by to check it out and Bobby helped I was thinking it was time to upgrade from my Kia Soul and heard good things about the Subaru Crosstrek. I stopped by to check it out and Bobby helped me out. He was wonderful! Had a great personality, offered me drinks and snacks while we talked about options and I was quickly convinced I would be trading in the Soul. Bobby went above and beyond to ensure I received the best of the best. (Thank you!) I’m very excited to leave with a new car, and start a new adventure. Two days ago I wasn’t even sure if I wanted to trade in my car and here we are. More

Right from the start, I didn't feel pressured into buying anything, and he really gave me his honest opinion and advice. When I had a few concerns later in the transaction, he was very quick to bring the General Manager of the dealership, Jeremy Bridges, to assist and answer the rest of my questions. I really enjoyed my entire experience with this dealership, and would definitely buy from them in the future! More

I came in having done several months of online research with a pretty clear idea of what I was looking for. B&B were great about not trying to push me into something I might not want. They listened to my wants and needs and helped me to get into my new 19 Crosstrek. Because of my schedule, I had to spread my pickup & papaerwork over three days and two visits. They took care of me in an efficient and pleasant manner the whole time. Great service! More
