Top Notch Care I started looking for a new car in April. I had always been a "Honda person" but my husband bought a Subaru that’s been great, and he liked Mark Dems I started looking for a new car in April. Mark was not available that day so I spoke to Bobby Clamage. Bobby listened to what I wanted in a car and patiently showed me lots of models and features. Eventually we decided that the Forester suited me best but the 2018 model did not have Apple Car Play. Bobby knew it was getting redesigned and suggested that I wait a few months for the new 2019 model. I waited, looking around at other cars in the meantime. I went back this week, met Bobby and tentatively picked out a new 2019 Forester. When I returned for a second look at the car, Bobby was with another customer but Mark Demsko jumped right in and gave me a full tour of the vehicle. Afterwards Bobby, my husband and I finalized the decision. My husband and I are pleased with our purchase from Johnson Subaru. We felt that we received very thoughtful advice from Bobby and Mark on both the car and the options we selected. Even Stephanie Johns, who handled the financial end, was very nice and easy to work with. Although the car is still too new for me to give a real review, I want to say how happy we are that we dealt with Johnson Subaru. What a pleasant surprise! I was pleasantly surprised when I walked into Johnson Subaru and started talking with Bobby. We clicked right away. Being a first time car leaser/buyer, and in a situation where I clearly needed to make a purchase - I was initially worried I may be taken advantage of due to my inexperience. However, I never once felt that way at Johnson Subaru. Chris was extremely helpful, informative, and accommodating with my busy schedule. He was always happy to answer questions, and I never felt that he was pushing me to make a decision quickly. I am very happy with my experience and new car. More
