After we had signed for the vehicle it was late in the evening but Bobby made sure we knew about the vehicle from bumper to bumper before having us drive off the lot. We first met Bobby a couple weeks ago when we were comparison shopping across several makes and models of mid-size SUVs. He was pleasant and thorough during our test drives, and did not pressure us. He was very good with our seven-year old son. We decided to purchase a Subaru Ascent a week or so later, and arranged to make an appointment. After picking the vehicle we wanted out of inventory, I was pleasantly surprised that the initial offer from Subaru for a sale price and trade in value were very close to the targets I had set after researching Edmunds, Kelly Blue Book, etc. More
