Johnson Subaru was close by so we stopped on in after reaching out via their website. First off, Maria Mendoza from their internet department was incredibly kind and helpful. She helped us get in touch with Bobby who is an amazing advisor. Bobby was so welcoming, helpful, and honest with us. It really was a breath of fresh air after what we had been dealing with at other dealerships. Bobby was not pushy at all which was great. Cassandra was also very helpful walking us through our new vehicle and it’s features. We cannot recommend Bobby and Johnson Subaru enough, we will definitely be back for our next vehicle. THANK YOU!! Great Experience from a Dealershio for the most part Bobby was excellent at explaining the features and throughout the whole process. Regarding the financing, I could have done with less pushiness from Brian and his superior. I get that they receive commission based on how many extra packages I buy, but when I said no the second time and kept encountering resistance it was uncomfortable. Appropriately explain the options and then respect the customer’s autonomy next time, rather than perpetuate the stereotype of “pushy salesman.” That being said Brian was generally friendly, along with the rest of the staff. Overall a good experience. More
