We have had our 2021 Subaru Ascent serviced by Johnson Subaru for 3 years and they have done a great job. We just had our 4 tires replaced with Michelin Defender 2 tires and they did an excellent job on Subaru for 3 years and they have done a great job. We just had our 4 tires replaced with Michelin Defender 2 tires and they did an excellent job on everything, including alignment, which is very important. We also added a trailer hitch. I want to give a particular shout out to Service Consultants Robert Butler and Michael Thompson, both of whom went the "extra mile" to explain things and educate us on the full functionality of our vehicle. We did not have to rely just on the owner handbook; rather they walked us through the items where had questions. They were courteous and took an interest to ensure we were pleased in all aspects of their service and the operation of products installed, including detailed explanations of their use and monitoring of performance. Given the quality of the products, and service, Johnson Subaru delivers the best value, considering cost, quality, and customer experience. I highly recommend them! More
