I bought a Chevy Equinox and there was a lot of new tech in there that I wasn't familiar with at all, and my sales consult Hall because it was great. It took me an hour and forty five minutes for an oil change. The dealership lied to me twice. Before I took my car to them I called to make sure they had an oil filter for my car, The female service adv change. The dealership lied to me twice. After waiting an hour and a half for my oil change I asked the service advisor what the hold up was. He told me they didn't have my oil filter. (first lie). Fifteen minutes later they finished up with my car. (no apologies for the wait) On the follow up phone survey the young lady told me they would have someone contact me about my bad experience. The second lie. Bottom line is if you have lots of time and don't mind being lied to John Hall is the place to take your car. More
