He never made me feel uneducated but instead offered further explinations to clear things up for me. This knowledge gave us clarity in pricing, expectations and quality of our purchace. By the end of our visit we became graduates of "Chevy Acadamy" with a knowledge,comfort and excitment of owning a Chevy Silverado! What a refreshing car buying experience for us!. It took me an hour and forty five minutes for an oil change. The dealership lied to me twice. Before I took my car to them I called to make sure they had an oil filter for my car, The female service adv change. The dealership lied to me twice. After waiting an hour and a half for my oil change I asked the service advisor what the hold up was. He told me they didn't have my oil filter. (first lie). Fifteen minutes later they finished up with my car. (no apologies for the wait) On the follow up phone survey the young lady told me they would have someone contact me about my bad experience. The second lie. Bottom line is if you have lots of time and don't mind being lied to John Hall is the place to take your car. More

Went in on April 30th to look at the cars they had. Great selection of cars. Delt with BC once before, and he knows what he is doing and good at it. My husband brought home a 2010 Malibu from the dealership. They had let him bring it home. But I had been on line and the new Equinox had caught my eye. So we went back to Jon Hall. I am almost 60 dealership. They had let him bring it home. But I had been on line and the new Equinox had caught my eye. So we went back to Jon Hall. I am almost 60, and Henry our salesman understood that I was excited about the car but that, as a woman, one of my big concerns was personal safety. Not like in a crash, but like in terms of personal security. He said, "I'll take care of your price, but let me show you how this car will take care of you." He set the unlock feature so that only the driver's door opens from the key fob. He set the lights so that they dim only after I've had time to get to our front door at home. He had me call OnStar, and they set me up so that I can call for help if I feel threatened in any way. He set up blue tooth so I can call my friends without having to mess with my cell phone. Then he introduced me to a lady Service Advisor, so I had a fellow woman to call, if I have questions or concerns about my new car. Most men -- let alone a car salesman -- don't have this kind of understanding of how a woman feels when she's driving her car. If writing this helps anybody our there, then I offer to women that they should shop at Jon Hall Chevrolet, but when you do you should insist on dealing with Henry Sterling. More
I went to this dealership because of an Ad flyer that I recieved in the mail about an upcoming inventory liquidation sale that they were having, claiming to give you 110 % of Kelly Blue Book value. The amo recieved in the mail about an upcoming inventory liquidation sale that they were having, claiming to give you 110 % of Kelly Blue Book value. The amount that they offered to me for my trade wich is a 22 month old Excellent condition upscale truck with very low miles, was so far below the actual value, that it should have been illegal to have even offered it. The staff was kind of friendly, a little pushy, but to be expected I guess. But the sales manager Scott Stevens was a real jerk, and treated me like I was an enemy and not like a perspective client.
