Jones Body Shop & Collision Center

I have purchased 5 vehicles from Jones, and have been pleased with the sales and service departments, but had never worked with the body shop. A few weeks ago a kid drove into the back of my 2007 GMC Yuk pleased with the sales and service departments, but had never worked with the body shop. A few weeks ago a kid drove into the back of my 2007 GMC Yukon Denali and her insurance company asked if I would be opposed to using Jones Collision Center, which was one of their preferred service centers, which I felt comfortable hearing. The Collision Center is a busy but well staffed location full of people with a common goal. They want to get the customers and their vehicles handled promptly and efficiently and work hard until the job is complete. I am not sure if they work on commission or not, but I havent seen this type of commitment in many other industries. The lobby and waiting areas are modern and clean, and the shop appears to be state of the art. My vehicle repair was handled by a body shop employee named John Dodd who was basically my main point of contact from start to finish. He prepared the estimate, coordinated my rental car with Enterprise, answered several questions I had during the process and kept me informed the entire time. It was ideal for me to deal with one main point of contact as opposed to three or four different people. I can now say that I am completely satisfied with Jones in all aspects; Sales, Service, and the Body Shop. It is a huge organization, but I know their success can be credited to their attention to detail, good service, and most importantly: they have the right people in place to handle the kind of volume they sustain. I have used Jones for all my maintenance and bodywork and I just recently had an accident that wasn't my fault.. Though accidents are not pleasant, this type of service helps ease the mental anguish as a result of an accident. I have always thought highly of Jones and my Prius has been great, an 05 with 97,000 miles on it and the other day I got 51.9mpg, can't beat that with todays prices. Overall service was great. I was in and out in minutes. The staff in the collisions center dealt with my insurance company for any changes in the price. I didn't have to do anything. I had my 2003 Camry repaired at this body shop and David Lewis was great to work with. I knew the price at Jones would be more expensive than other Body Shop Dealers but I also knew the quality of the work at always extremely friendly. I've been to Jones several times now for oil change,brakes,blower resistor and recently for body work on my jeep. Mr. Bauer was very attentive to my needs.They had my jeep for 3 wks.
