This is a "canned response"...there was no team involvement...the issue was handled from beginning to end by the general manager Wade Matheson. The problem starts at the top and ends at the top. The response alludes to my response as being an initial response. It is not, it is one of a dozen written or called in, and ignored or avoided by Mr. Matheson since July 3rd, 2020.
