Never the type of character to be one to leave bad reviews but she basically took over a sale that wasn’t hers to take over. Yes everyone needs training and a helping hand but she was aggressive in a reviews but she basically took over a sale that wasn’t hers to take over. Yes everyone needs training and a helping hand but she was aggressive in a way that doesn’t send a good sales message to me in particular. She didn’t like when I the customer was interested in another truck.. her words were “What’s wrong with the red one” with a tone that almost lost a sale totally. Body language to me personally needed to be toned down a bit but she did brag about how she sales a lot of cars so maybe I can am just picking 🤷🏻‍♂️. Anyway the dealership as a whole was great to us and the new guy Devin in my opinion has a good thing going for yall. Thanks again for yalls work tonight and hopefully this message isn’t taken out of context but is taking into consideration that every customer is different and should be adjusted accordingly to.
