I had to proactively reach out repeatedly to get updates, including to find out my car was/had been ready. Staff was friendly but each phone call was a major headache, I ended up waiting on hold for 15+ mins including to find out my car was/had been ready. Making appointments was easy go there didn't think I was going to find a parking place. Was told by jones dealership we bought our gladiator in Savannah from we thought we was getting 2 free oil changes and going to find a parking place.
