They had my truck for 10 months. They had to put a motor in it under the warranty. Went through 3 Service Managers while they had my truck and that was in the first few months they h They had to put a motor in it under the warranty. Went through 3 Service Managers while they had my truck and that was in the first few months they had it. No one would ever call us back about getting the approval on the work. Anytime I needed information I had to call them. The warranty company Portfolio sucks. The adjusters had to come out five times before anything was ever done. Then no word from them for months. Finally the service tech Tessa called and got it approve that day. So why did it take 6 months to get the approval. The motor was back ordered we were told for another 4 months. I had to rent cars the first six months or borrow a car and sometimes had to go without a car but was told we would NOT get any of our rental money back. The least they could do is pay the rental money back. Finally got the truck back 8-9-2024 only to find out they over filled the oil by three quarts. Had to take it back Saturday to get that fixed. I am so over this nightmare. Come on Jones Chevrolet pay back the rental money to at least help make the situation better. If not I plan on telling everyone on the internet my story and let them decide if they want to spend their hard earned money with this company. So no I am not statisfied with the length of time they had my truck. More
