Jones Chrysler Dodge Jeep - Service Center

Would have given a 5 star rating except the service department let my vehicle sit for 3 or 4 days forgetting that I even dropped it off there. This is the second time I've had this happen and the first department let my vehicle sit for 3 or 4 days forgetting that I even dropped it off there. This is the second time I've had this happen and the first time no one could even find my vehicle. But that's not even a real issue. Both times I've had my vehicle there I have been happy with both the work performed and the service department as a whole. Both times my Jeep has been there it was to fix what another dealership messed up and the service department has been very professional with me. Especially Alyssa, she is absolutely awesome and very professional as well as knowledgeable. She is definitely good at her job and make sure things get done. Overall I am happy with my service and repairs. More

When my window was replaced I was given my car with part of the sticker still on the window not removed and they were supposed to have put nitrogen in my my tires with valve stems caps showing that neither of the sticker still on the window not removed and they were supposed to have put nitrogen in my my tires with valve stems caps showing that neither nitrogen was in the tires or the correct valve stem caps on in fact when I bought the care only one black cap was on the car so at that point I knew it was not as you say More

My Jeep has been in multiple times and had several transmission change outs needs to go back in for another transmission change out. Price was extremely high for a synthetic oil change and only give it 5,000 miles before another oil change.
