At first dealing with Frank not so good. He is rude.and unhelpful But thanks to Alyssa for coming to my rescue. She is very polite and willing to help whatever your needs. I came in for an oil change, was overcharged Work was done that was not authorized and was charged for. My service tech was wonderful and she tried to correct overcharge. Unfortunately your part departme done that was not authorized and was charged for. My service tech was wonderful and she tried to correct overcharge. Unfortunately your part department employee Brandon was more than rude when he abruptly said I want my F@@@ing wipers back. I was on the phone with the bank when I pointed to my truck and said grey ram he blew up and used fowl language at me. Jason your manager stepped in to help with my refund, I spoke with him about Brandon. Never in my life has someone been so entitled and rude. Jason did offer a free oil change for my next visit, but not sure if I will be using jones ram or jones GMC for either of our vehicles anymore due to your poorly trained employee. More
