By far one of the best car buying experiences, we have ever had, no pressure at all and very fast smooth transaction. When i got my car back from an oil change and a moon roof head liner issue the items from the glove box was on the passenger floor the plastic cover was still on the drivers seat. there are 2 screws on the f head liner issue the items from the glove box was on the passenger floor the plastic cover was still on the drivers seat. there are 2 screws on the floor i don't where they came from. i called the dealer they said the service manager would call me no call yet (2days). They couldn't fix the head liner problem wanted the car for a day. I have no problem with what but do not trust them to replace the liner correctly so I am not going to take it back. The sale department is great but the service department needs quality control and techs who care about quality. This comes from a customer who has buying from Jones ford since 1978. More
