I have been using Jones Ford for servicing my car since 2018. Everyone knew me and my car and I was sure I was receiving the best service. This last time there was only 1 individual I knew. The young lady who checked me in was very good however at check out the gentleman on the front desk just gave me a list of items suggested to be done without any advice if they were really needed or not. After going over the list I asked if declined will it affect the performance of my car. No clear advice so I declined then. He just took me to the cashier and left. Very cold. Hope they get to know the customers better in the future. More
