I had my 2002 F350 towed into Jones Ford Buckeye with the major loom brake line and gas line damage over a period of five months. They never got it right cost me over $9000. They said it may be a tank and unit problem left, and it died again. I tore the tank apart, no problems with any any part of it. The fuel pump had shorted out for the second time only to find that the wiring was messed up on it the Ford truck Ford product and their Ford company, but there are no electricians by no means they’re not even mechanics it took me two weeks to track down the major problem and the truck now works runs good. Still have to figure out windshield wipers that don’t work back up lights that don’t work everything that has to do with the major loom very unhappy with Jones Ford Buckeye More
I purchased a vehicle remotely from Jones Ford Buckeye. Initially, there were issues with undisclosed damage (cracked windshield and interior) that only appeared in photos after payment was completed, a Initially, there were issues with undisclosed damage (cracked windshield and interior) that only appeared in photos after payment was completed, as well as concerns regarding the condition of the interior and the Permaplate protection application. Communication at that stage was limited, which was frustrating given the nature of a remote purchase. That said, the dealership reached out to rectify the situation. They provided both an apology and a $500 goodwill payment to help address the situation. I appreciate the gesture, and while I believe the transaction could have been handled better upfront, life has taught me that even good people and organizations make mistakes. Very few take the time to make it right, and I appreciate Jones Ford for working with me toward a resolution. More

He has come in to Tom Jones and really turned things around, Keith, thank you, you really know your customers and their needs, please stick around! Your a great fit. Prior to my luggage rack being replaced and restored by you, I was never coming back, Not so now. I will be a repeat customer if you concern yourself with my older Ford as you did today!
