Had to get an issue fixed on my GMC Canyon and overall on their part was a pleasant experience. The office staff in the service department are very friendly, helpful and do their job well as do the service t their part was a pleasant experience. The office staff in the service department are very friendly, helpful and do their job well as do the service technicians. The part I needed had to be ordered which is common and I understand that but I am not at all happy that it took 2 weeks for the part to come in. This in no way is a reflection on the service staff at Jones because they just like anyone else have no control of when parts come in. Once if finally came in they had me there the next day to install the new part and after checking in I was on my way home. So a big thank you to them for handling what they had control of in a very professional manner. More

Everything was as expected when I took my car in for an oil change. I had something else I asked them to look at during my visit. They checked my tires and brakes for me, and no issues were found.
