I can’t say enough good things about Jones GMC Dealership. I reside in Hammond Louisiana and had to make an 8 hour drive to get there and the sales team made the experience enjoyable. Starting with Carla who provided me with all the information I needed about the car. Taking my numerous phone calls and keeping the experience a positive one. Then came Will who took the time to explain in detail all the information I need to make an informed decision about the vehicle which was a positive one. Then Samantha who had all the paperwork waiting on me ready for signature which allowed us to get in get it done and get back on the road headed back to Louisiana in record time. Experience was great they made us feel like family. Only downside is you guys are so far away, if you were closer there’s no doubt I would be purchasing more vehicles in the future. The truck has bad scratches on the left front fender and bumper. Was hidden in the pictures. I informed them I was 4 hours from them and they refused to tell me about the scratches till I got there.
