establishing trade in value took way too long (not your average trade in). Complete new front end parts including driveshafts, universals & axles, ball joints, tie rods, shocks. Complete rear hubs, seals. new brakes, rotors and calipers on all four. new universal joints, new radiator. list goes on. Well over $7K in new parts in last 6 months alone. Delivery of truck was simple here's the keys! Warranty systems not set up, onstar not set up, LoJac not set up My GM not set up. Drove in next day as recommended by sales associate, but no service department so no set up of any of the above. That experience alone was very unprofessional. Like I had the truck I paid my money, now deal with the service guys, not us, the sales team. Following multiple efforts to get everything set up, I was told that there was a recall that needed to be done before the onstar could be set up???? This is after the above mentioned multiple efforts?? WHY was this not taken care of before delivery??? Now I have the truck at my work location in Kentucky, how am I suppose to bring the truck into your service department, when I am 180 miles away? Onstar rep indicated that I could not take the truck to another GM dealer here in Paducah KY due to different numbering issue with the onstar. So I have the truck but not with all the features that were sold to me, and virtually impossible to have the required work done anywhere except at Jones. Note a happy camper!
