Jones GMC - Service Center

Bought used vehicle with extended warranty. Took in to use warranty and was told total of repairs was more than vehicles worth so went to trade in the vehicle and was only offered $1000 and tol Took in to use warranty and was told total of repairs was more than vehicles worth so went to trade in the vehicle and was only offered $1000 and told because it needed repairs that they could only give me that much even though they are the ones that sold me the warranty that won’t fix my vehicle now. More

So far not a good experience, had brake job on my 2016 Chevrolet dually, when I got home thought truck was on fire. Right rear wheel was smoking badly and inside right rear tire was so hot you couldn’t to Chevrolet dually, when I got home thought truck was on fire. Truck has 80000 miles on it and this was just routine maintenance, I used Jones Savannah location because it was closer than where I bought the truck in Columbia Tn at jones Chevrolet there. I thought I was saving time but now truck is having to be towed to shop and no loaner vehicle. My bigger concerns are the damage this poor service job has caused on any other parts? Rear axle bearings seals, etc.. More
