Thank you Jones service , even though we did not buy the vehicle from you ( because you did not have what we were looking for) I called your service department and they took car of my problem when some othe vehicle from you ( because you did not have what we were looking for) I called your service department and they took car of my problem when some other dealers told me they would not look at my 2022 Kia Carnival. The service writer Melissa Laubach was very professional and the service manager Joe Williams and his tech was very helpful and professional also. I have bought many cars from this dealership and if I had a problem the took care of it . Thank you again so much. More
My husband and I ordered a car in Oct 2020 and put down a down payment. We were told the car would be in by December and we never heard from Kia again. When December came around we called the salesman we wer down payment. We were told the car would be in by December and we never heard from Kia again. When December came around we called the salesman we were working with and he never answered our calls or called us back, ever. So we talked to the sales manager who just just as unhelpful. He told us he would look into it and call us back and never did. So my husband had to call again, the manager told him they were holding off on ordering the car so they can hit their January numbers and that the car would finally be ordered first week of January. Its Jan 19th and nothing has been ordered yet. We canceled our order after numerous unanswered phone calls. Had we not called anyone at Jones Kia we wouldn't have heard from them since Oct. Save your time and energy, go somewhere else. These employees are lazy and unmotivated to sell anything. DO NOT GO HERE! More
Poor Customer Service - Bait and switch I purchased my Kia Sorento from Jone about 5 years ago. I have been doing all of my service at the dealership to keep the extend 200,000 mile warrant I purchased my Kia Sorento from Jone about 5 years ago. I have been doing all of my service at the dealership to keep the extend 200,000 mile warranty in take. One main reason I purchased a car 35-40 miles from my home was the free pickup of my vehicle and Loaner service, after two plus years the stopped the program. I have been telling them I felt issues with the car each time I came in for regular maintenance service, always told nothing wrong. On monday I came in for a regular oil change and recommended Transmission flush and cleaning. On my 45 minute drive home (last 5 minutes) the check engine light came on. I am now being told it is an intake sensor. Understand I hit my 100,000 about 6 weeks ago. Outside warranty!! Not cover with the Jones for life (I do not know what would be.) Not very honest dealership. Constant bait and switch............. More
Scheduled maintenance These people have called me at least... at minimum.... 25 times in 2 months because my Kia was due for a 60k service. HELLO! Get a clue.... if I dont These people have called me at least... at minimum.... 25 times in 2 months because my Kia was due for a 60k service. HELLO! Get a clue.... if I dont call you back after the first 10 times dont keep calling and leaving me messages. I'm not paying 2 or 300 bucks for a service I can do myself. Calling that many times, for that amount of time should be considered harassment. I blocked the number but they are still able to leave a voicemail....every freaking time!!! I didnt even buy my Kia through them. They got my phone number because I took it to them for a recall. BTW... I wouldnt come to you if I did need service just because of this experience. You are unreal. More
Horrible Dealership and Products they sell I was rushed into the sale of this car and didn't do my research for the car. I had a major horrible scare with my Kia Niro within the first few weeks I was rushed into the sale of this car and didn't do my research for the car. I had a major horrible scare with my Kia Niro within the first few weeks of owning with a very strong gasoline and burning smells in the cabin of the car. First I thought that maybe I spilled gas on myself, but no, it was coming out of the vents each time I either ran the AC or heat didn't matter what setting you had it on it was bad. Along with the gas smell there was also a burnt wire/plastic smell which was so bad I was expecting to see smoke or flames coming out of the vents, it never did. Both smells made me completely nauseous and sick each time I had to drive the car I had to put the windows down to feel better. The Dealership literally blow me off (laughed at me thought I was joking) and said it was part of the break-in process I said no way, they didn't even care about a possible fire the car could have, I've owned enough brand new cars and these smells were not typical break in smells, they didn't find anything wrong with the car as I couldn't deal with the sickening odors anymore as it was only getting worse. I felt so uncomfortable in the car feeling this sick. There were other things among the smells just didn't seem to jive for a brand car it lacked power and had jerky/missing during acceleration. Good bye KIA brand. I ended up trading it in on a 2019 Buick Encore which has been a wonderful vehicle in the past month since my trade of the junky KIA. They also rip me off with warranties I requested not to get but they put them on the contract anyway. Please don't do the mistake I did with buying from this dealership with this horrible product they sell. More

I am still dealing with the issues an I have bought my car 2 weeks ago, absolutely loved it at first. Til i realized they pretty much screwed me over. I am still dealing with the issues an my 1rst payment is coming up mind you i have no papers for my payment to go to, i still hav a temp tag, when in fact they should have used the same license plate as i had, they never did inspect the car for me to drive it in PA which is where I live an they have known from the beginning an should have been done. Know 2 weeks later they are still trying to get everything in order for me. Mind you i have a life should havent to sit by my phone making 50 million calls. i bought the car 2 weeks ago, i should be enjoying it an i am hating it. i never will refer a family or friend, an i will never go back myself. Cant wait till i can finish with this dealship. More

Mechanics are inept and Service Advisors are condescending My 2012 Kia Soul was diagnosed as needing a new transmission at only 25,000 miles. The transmission was replace and they returned the vehicle to me e My 2012 Kia Soul was diagnosed as needing a new transmission at only 25,000 miles. The transmission was replace and they returned the vehicle to me even though it had some very obvious problems. It wouldn't shift into 1st gear without double clutching. The mechanic who replaced the transmission, the resident master mechanic and the service manager collectively determined that there was nothing that could be done about this sifting issue and recommended I drive the car for a couple hundred miles and then call them and let them know if the problem works itself out. Not one of the had a real solution. They all lacked the experience with manual transmissions to provide any real answers. The next morning while driving the vehicle it popped out of 5th gear while I was driving down the road. It was an audible pop from the center console. My foot was still on the gas, I had not touched the gear shifter, the clutch or the brake. The rpm's spiked and it took a second before I realized what had happened. Quite frankly, it scared the daylights out of me. After I gathered my thoughts I started thinking this was a fluke. So I shifted back into 5th and continued my commute. About halfway through my commute it popped out of gear again. This time it was 3rd gear and my sister and I heard the pop and saw the gear shifter move and then the rpm's revved high like it did when it popped out of 5th. What is going on with this transmission? After waiting for Kia Roadside Assistance from 9:45 a.m. to 3:45 p.m. and no tow truck ever showing up, I drove the death trap home. Where it popped out of 5th gear two more times. Jones Kia's general manager did send a tow truck after my husband called to complain about KRA not showing up. But when I got to the Jones Kia Service Center, the service advisor tried to turn the tables on me and suggest that the bumps I was hitting were too big and that was what was making the gear shifter pop out of gear. This infuriated me. No vehicle should ever, ever, ever pop out of gear, no matter what!!! His suggestion was ridiculous. And he just stood there with a look on his face that showed he was taking pity on me. The number of times he replied "Really?" with that stupid look on his face only infuriated me more. I have been driving vehicle with a manual transmission for nearly 30 years. They don't just jump out of gear. I do know what I am talking about. And someone at Jones Kia needs to hire someone with some knowledge of manual transmissions or foot the bill for me to take it to an expert because they are baffled and that is not going to get my car repaired, now is it?
